reversal de janvier: Jia Mein et General Store

This is a reversal to a previous ruling regarding Jia Mein and similar cards

When attaching a Goods or Spell to a dude using the Shoppin' action from the rulebook, the dude must be unbooted and in a location controlled by that player.

However, when attaching cards such cards to a dude using a card effect, the dude can be booted, and does not need to be in a location controlled by that dude's player.

Current cards affected by this ruling include

Jia Mein
Auto Revolver (but the dude must still boot to invent this gadget) This is wrong, as the dude must still boot in a controlled location to invent the gadget - that's a cost of inventing.
General Store
Horse Wranglin' (the dude must still be unbooted as per the card text)

Ah ouais, j'aurais du lire ce ruling avant le tournoi, ça m'aurait évité de gueuler "Putain mais c'est fumé General Store !" au milieu. Note bien, ça m'a arrangé pour la suite avec mes 4 General Store dnas le deck

Si la Noon de General store avait été une React (réduisez de 2 le coût d'un shoppin) ça aurait évité un ruling contre intuitif
